Elizabeth K. Dann

Serving as a partner at Grimaldi & Pesiridis, LLC, in Woburn, Massachusetts, Elizabeth K. Dann is an established attorney assisting families and individuals in navigating some of the most challenging times in their lives. With a focus on family law, she handles matters involving divorces, child custody and support, alimony, visitation, and marital property division, among others. Before pursuing legal education, Ms. Dann completed her undergraduate studies with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College in 2005. She then enrolled at Georgetown Law, where she bolstered her advocacy skills and earned her Juris Doctor in 2012. In 2016, she was first admitted to practice law in New York, and in 2018, she gained her license to practice law in Massachusetts. Ever since, she has stayed dedicated to providing undying support to individuals going through complex family law matters.

Before joining her current firm, Ms. Dann operated her own practice and worked at several firms, focusing solely on family law. Outside the courtroom, Ms. Dann has volunteered her time with the Family Law Project for Survivors of Domestic Abuse by the Women's Bar Association and the Volunteer Lawyers Project through MetroWest Legal Services. This experience deepened her hands-on trial experience with highly sensitive, high-conflict domestic cases. Working directly with survivors has sharpened her advocacy skills in crisis management, restraining orders and complex custody disputes, empowering her to navigate sensitive family law issues with empathy, resilience and dedication to protecting her clients' interests in and out of court.
