His notable successes include successfully defending a multistate commercial trucking company against a multiple customer property damage claim, prevailing in a seven-day bench trial regarding the enforcement of an employment noncompete agreement, and recovering more than $1 million on behalf of a client in a property damage claim involving frozen pipes in a former mill building. Staying active in the legal community, Mr. Binder is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Worcester County Bar Association. He regularly volunteers his time with these organizations as a conciliator and mediator.
