    Attorney David A. Nacht is the founder and principal of NachtLaw PC in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Mr. Nacht practices in the areas of employment law, business law, civil rights, criminal defense and intellectual property. He handles high-profile employment law matters, representing employees against corporate officers, doctors, sales representatives and other employers in Ann Arbor, Birmingham, Lansing and throughout Michigan.

    A licensed attorney since 1992, Mr. Nacht has more than 25 years of experience. He is licensed in Michigan and Ohio and before several federal, bankruptcy and appellate courts. He graduated with honors from Harvard College with a bachelor’s degree and received his law degree from The University of Michigan Law School.

    Over the course of his career, Mr. Nacht has litigated matters resulting in significant recoveries for his clients. He has earned membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and an AV Preeminent* peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell. In 2015, he was also named one of the “top lawyers” by Dbusiness magazine.

    In addition to his practice, Mr. Nacht has lectured on various legal topics and published articles on employment law, criminal law and ethics. He is a member of the Michigan, Ohio, American and Federal bar associations, as well as the Michigan, Ohio and National employment lawyers’ associations, the Washtenaw County Bar Association, the Ohio Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice.

    Mr. Nacht has served in public service and nonprofit roles, as well. He is a former board member of the Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority and held leadership positions in Interfaith Hospitality Network at Alpha House and Ozone House in Ann Arbor.
