David R. Dubin

He had previously graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science and Soviet studies from the Eastern Michigan University in 1994. Mr. Dubin is also allowed to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Dubin has spent his entire legal career staying committed to helping people who are impacted by environmental issues. He has won a multimillion-dollar settlement for victims of flooding in one of the largest class actions in Michigan. He has also helped clients affected by flooding across the states of Missouri, Indiana, Ohio and Illinois.
