Ms. Panagoulia earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Michigan. She then received a master’s degree in teaching at Wayne State University College of Education before obtaining her law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Prior to pursuing her legal career, she worked as a teacher and in the print and television media industries.
