Sam Bernstein

Attorney Sam Bernstein is the owner of ArborYpsi Law in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Mr. Bernstein has experience in various areas of law and serves clients in the Ann Arbor, Detroit and Jackson metropolitan regions.

Mr. Bernstein focuses his practice on handling complex criminal and family matters. He is also experienced in many aspects of estate planning law. He provides dedicated representation to his clients and is committed to meeting their needs and guiding them through the legal process each step of the way. He advises them on their rights and works hard to achieve the best outcome for their situation.

Outside of his law practice, Mr. Bernstein is an active participant in his legal community and serves in leadership roles. He is the vice-president of the Washtenaw County Bar Association and is a former co-chair of the association’s Criminal Law Section and prior co-president of the association’s New Lawyers Section.

Additionally, Mr. Bernstein uses his acquired legal knowledge and experience to educate others. Over the years, he has served as a speaker on trial and litigation topics for groups including Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan, the Michigan Association of OWI Attorneys and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Born and raised in Ann Arbor, Mr. Bernstein earned a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University and received his law degree from Michigan State University College of Law. He obtained his license to practice law in 2011, which qualified him to appear and practice before all Michigan state courts.
