Sam Bernstein

Upon earning his Juris Doctor in 2011 from Michigan State University, he was admitted to practice law in Michigan. Additionally, he is licensed to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

An active member of the legal community, Mr. Bernstein serves as the vice president of the Washtenaw County Bar Association. He previously served as co-chair of the association’s Criminal Law Section and co-president of the New Lawyers Section. Further, as a member of the Michigan Association of OWI Attorneys, he stays updated on the latest developments in the field so he can provide a robust defense to his clients.
