Mr. Bereznoff joined the Zamler firm after relinquishing his partnership with the Detroit insurance defense firm of Schureman, Frakes, Glass and Wulfmeier in 1986. Currently Bereznoff & Little are of council to the Berkley, Mi., firm of Olsman, MacKenzie & Wallace.

Mr. Bereznoff sits on the executive board of the Michigan Association for Justice and is the past president of the Rochester Bar Association.  Mr Bereznoff has been very active as a mentor to at risk children and has donated his time to various charitable organizations.

  • Cynthia McFadden and the "NIGHTLINE"  crew highlighted one of Bereznoff & Little's cases which  raised a very important women's public health issue.  In an on-air interview, Mr. Bereznoff commented on Judy Valencia's  misdiagnosis of breast cancer due to negligence in the interpretation of her biopsy, with tragic consequences.  Estimates are that as many as 10,000 patients have suffered Judy's fate. The take away is that women need to seek second opinions when faced with life altering treatment options.  Bereznoff & Little was pleased to make this contribution to awareness of this important public health issue.  Broadcast March 6, 2013, and featured on "WORLD NEWS TONIGHT" March 18, 2013.
