John T. Mr. Alexander has extensive experience handling mass torts and multidistrict litigation, successfully litigating cases in both Michigan state courts and federal courts nationwide. Known for his strategic advocacy and trial skill, he has secured substantial settlements and verdicts for injury victims, while contributing to legal developments that have influenced Michigan case law.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in environmental studies from the University of Michigan–Dearborn in 1983 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 1990. During law school, he contributed to the Law Review, conducted research on significant negligence decisions, and competed on the National Moot Court team. He also completed a judicial internship with Michigan Supreme Court Justice Patricia Boyle, gaining valuable experience in appellate advocacy and legal writing.

Mr. Alexander is admitted to practice in all Michigan state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and he is eligible for special admission in federal courts across the country.
