Renée K. Gucciardo

Renée K. Gucciardo has provided eminent legal services to clients for over 30 years in complex and pressing family law matters such as divorce and separation, child custody and support, alimony, paternity, modifications and enforcement, and many others. The owner of The Gucciardo Law Firm, PLLC, in Bingham Farms, Michigan, she serves the residents of the surrounding region as well as across the state. 

Ms. Gucciardo completed her undergraduate studies in 1989, graduating with her Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University. She then went on to attend the Cooley Law School and received her Juris Doctor in 1992, and a year later, obtained her license to practice in Michigan. During her time in law school, she interned at the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office and gained immense exposure to how her local judiciary operates. Following the same trajectory, she served as an assistant prosecuting attorney at the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office for nearly six years.

Since opening The Gucciardo Law Firm, PLLC, Ms. Gucciardo has maintained consistency in her judicious representation and brings a combination of zealous advocacy and enthusiastic zeal in seeing her clients move on from their taxing legal matters with a methodical approach and meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of every case she handles. Within her legal community, Ms. Gucciardo holds many close affiliations with prominent legal organizations to promote the standard of service of her industry to her stringent expectations. She is a member of the Michigan State Bar Association (MSBA), the Oakland County Bar Association and the MBA Family Law Section. Moreover, she holds a certification of completion from the Family Law Section of the MSBA from the Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
