Mr. Frankfort concentrates his boutique practice in complex commercial litigation. He represents business clients in contract disputes, intellectual property, supplier disputes, trade secrets and business torts, employment, real property, injunction proceedings and related matters in state and federal courts through litigation and trial. Mr. Frankfort also advises clients with contract drafting, terms and conditions, negotiations, strategy and risk management, along with general business matters and serves as Outside General Counsel. He has also represented clients on various matters in Europe.
Prior to founding Frankfort Law Group PLC, Mr. Frankfort was a partner at one of the largest law firms in Michigan, serving as the first chair counsel to clients ranging from closely held businesses to Fortune 500 corporations.
Mr. Frankfort formed Frankfort Law Group PLC to serve business clients and provide expertise, experience, excellence and efficiency.
