Kristen Gross

Kristen Gross is an attentive and dedicated attorney serving clients across Michigan in matters of estate planning and probate. Founding member and owner of the law firm, Law Offices of Kristen R. Gross, P.C., in Birmingham, Michigan, she has been relentlessly working to provide her clients with the help they need. With nearly three decades of experience in representing clients, she handles all aspects of estate planning, including guardianships, conservatorships, trust administration and litigation.

Ms. Gross is a compassionate, patient and detail-oriented professional deeply committed to her clients. Driven by a passion for her field, she effectively guides families through the aftermath of a loss and assists clients with proactive affairs planning. Her primary goal is to ensure clients' objectives are achieved with minimal stress. She strives to give clients a sense of control over their affairs, offering them peace of mind that their family will be protected in the event of a tragedy.

Ms. Gross graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science and French from Washington University in St. Louis. She then proceeded to hone her legal skills at Michigan State University College of Law, where she gained her Juris Doctor in 1995. She was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1997 and has since focused her practice on estate planning and probate. She also frequently engages in seminars and presentations on topics of estate planning for nonprofits, the Institute of Continued Legal Education and large corporations.

As an active member of the community, Ms. Gross previously served as the past chair of the Board of Directors of Gesher Human Services, working on career development and employment services and programs for disabled individuals and people with mental health challenges. She also served as the vice president of the Board of Governors for the Jewish Federation of Detroit. In the legal fraternity, she is an active member of the Oakland County Bar Association and was a former member of the Lawyers of Distinction.
