Attorney Kurt E. Schnelz is a Principal Shareholder at Schnelz Wells, P.C. in Birmingham, Michigan and practices solely in the area of Family Law. Active in the legal community, Mr. Schnelz served on the State Bar of Michigan Board of Commissioners for 15 years and is a past President of the Oakland County Bar Association. He is also a past President of the Michigan Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is a Diplomat of the American College of Family Trial Lawyers, with membership limited to 100 attorneys in the entire United States. Mr. Schnelz is also a Fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
Mr. Schnelz holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Alma College and has a law degree from Michigan State College of Law, formerly Detroit College of Law.
