Coincidentally, this was also one of the biggest settlements for gender discrimination in the country. He has served as lead counsel in numerous cases, achieving remarkable success in multiple ones. 

Before obtaining his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Hofstra University Maurice A. Deane School of Law in 2009, Mr. Farrar was a student at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and government in 2004.
