Details
David Fink is an experienced civil litigator, whose practice has focused on commercial litigation. He handles both individual and class actions. He was appointed by Judge Marianne Battani to serve as interim liaison counsel in the Auto Parts Antitrust Litigation MDL, pending before Judge Marianne Battani, in the Eastern District of Michigan. He also served as liaison counsel, in the Blue Cross Blue Shield Antitrust Litigation MDL, before Judge Denise Page Hood, in the Eastern District of Michigan. David served as court-appointed lead counsel in the Refrigerant Compressors Antitrust Litigation MDL in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, before Judge Sean Cox. He also served as co-lead counsel in the Enbridge Oil Spill Litigation (arising from a massive oil spill in the Kalamazoo River), in the Western District of Michigan before Judge Gordon Quist; that case was settled successfully for thousands of residents in the vicinity of the spill. Mr. Fink has handled a wide range of civil lawsuits in courts throughout the State of Michigan, winning important victories not only at the State and Federal trial court level, but also in the Michigan Court of Appeals, the Michigan Supreme Court and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
