Devin Bone

Devin W. Bone serves as a partner at the firm Paesano Akkashian, PC, located in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. He concentrates his practice on securities and finance law. He also practices general business and employment litigation. With over eight years of experience in the field of law, he serves clients in the Bloomfield Hills area.

As a litigation attorney, Mr. Bone has represented a broad clientele of public and private companies in a variety of complex legal areas, such as shareholder disputes, SEC compliance and more. In the transactional arena, he routinely counsels his clients on matters relating to compliance with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the Securities Act of 1933. 

In the employment law area, Mr. Bone represents clients in a wide range of matters, from contract and fraud disputes to allegations of discrimination and defamation. 

Mr. Bone is a licensed Michigan Real Estate Broker. He is a zealous advocate for his clients, working hard to protect their rights and ensuring they are always informed of the proceedings of their case. Graduating cum laude, Mr. Bone received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Michigan State University College of Law. He completed his undergraduate studies with a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Michigan State University. 

In 2015, Mr. Bone joined Paesano Akkashian, PC, as an associate attorney, and became well known as a formidable litigator of business and securities cases throughout Michigan and across the United States. In 2019, he was named a partner and primarily takes on cases relating to securities and corporate lawsuits and transactions for clients.

Mr. Bone is authorized to practice law in Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit and the U.S. Tax Court. He holds memberships in the Oakland County Bar Association and the Detroit Bar Association and is an active member of the legal community.

In addition to his law practice, Mr. Bone teaches contract law as an adjunct professor at the Oakland University.
