As a partner for the Michigan firm Frank & Frank Law, attorney Jonathan Frank primarily focuses on civil litigation, including business litigation and real estate litigation. He also assists clients with employment and real estate issues. Mr. Frank participated in a mediator-training program offered by the Michigan Supreme Court Administrator’s office and is a Neutral Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. This experience allows him to assist business clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings; he also provides mediation and arbitration services.
In 1982, Mr. Frank received bachelor’s degrees in political science and economics from Stanford University, graduating with distinction. He then went on to obtain his law degree from the University of Michigan in 1985. During his time in law school, Mr. Frank received the Gussin Award for Trial Work and became a finalist in the Campbell Moot Court Competition.
He has also published articles and offered seminars on business litigation and client-centered litigation practices.
A Detroit native, Mr. Frank has sat on the board for numerous charitable organizations, including the Detroit Police Athletic League, the Detroit Urban Debate League, and the American Jewish Committee. Mr. Frank is a board member of the Oakland County Bar Association and previously chaired the Oakland County Circuit Court Business Court Committee.
Mr. Frank represents clients in Detroit, Ann Arbor, Bloomfield Hills, Lansing, Grand Rapids and Mt. Clemens Michigan, and the surrounding areas.
