Raechel M. Badalamenti

As a partner at Kirk, Huth, Lange & Badalamenti, PLC, Raechel M. Badalamenti focuses on business litigation, insurance defense and municipal law for clients in the metropolitan Detroit area and across Michigan. She also represents companies of all sizes regarding their business planning needs.

A graduate of Eisenhower High School in Shelby Township, Ms. Badalamenti earned her Bachelor of Arts from Oakland University in 2001, taking her less than three years. She then was awarded her Juris Doctor cum laude from Wayne State University Law School in 2004. While there, she participated in its moot court program and won first place in the Law Day competition.

In 2002, Ms. Badalamenti joined the firm as a law clerk and became a partner less than 10 years later. During her tenure at the firm, the types of civil litigation she has worked on have included motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and similar matters for both plaintiffs and defendants. She has also handled business law issues, including contract negotiation and drafting, breach of contract disputes, employment discrimination, insurance claims, construction liens, foreclosures and municipal law. She is experienced in creating partnership agreements, business plans, customer proposals and employment agreements. Highly regarded by her fellow professionals for her ethics and track record, Ms. Badalamenti has received an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell.

Ms. Badalamenti is admitted to practice law before all Michigan state courts. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit. An active participant in a variety of legal organizations, Ms. Badalamenti's memberships include the Macomb County Bar Association.
