Bruce A. Miller is a workers’ rights litigation attorney at Miller Cohen, PLC, in Detroit, Michigan. Mr. Miller been advocating for the rights of workers in the Detroit metropolitan area and throughout Michigan for over 50 years.

Highly involved in the civil rights and labor movements, Mr. Miller has litigated many significant cases, resulting in numerous substantial verdicts or settlements for his clients. In the decades of his practice, he has developed extensive experience with many issues in employment and labor law, including labor union representation, Social Security Disability benefits, workers’ compensation and wrongful discharge.

Mr. Miller is the recipient of numerous awards and honors for his long and successful career. He has held several leadership roles in the Michigan Democratic Party and served as general counsel for several labor councils and organizations. He continues to serve as general counsel for Metropolitan Detroit AFL-CIO and is a former attorney for the Detroit Branch NAACP.

After attending undergraduate school and obtaining a bachelor’s degree, Mr. Miller earned his law degree from Wayne State University Law School. He holds licenses to practice law before all Michigan state courts and the Supreme Court of the United States.
