Vincent Haisha

Vincent Haisha is a partner and principal of Flood Law’s Criminal and Administrative Practice Groups. Mr. Haisha is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Wayne State Law School. Over the last ten years, he has specialized in DUI/OWI defense litigation, and has tried, as lead counsel, dozens of cases to verdict with overwhelmingly successful results. He has successfully defended hundreds of other individuals, many of whom are high-profile athletes, general managers of professional sports teams or public figures. 

In addition to drunk/drugged driving defense, Mr. Haisha has also developed an impressive standing in the administrative law community. He has represented a wide variety of physicians and RNs in health care matters both in the state and federal levels. These are the types of professionals who have been falsely accused of impropriety or negligence during the course of their employment duties. Mr. Haisha understands this process and the professional and social stigmas that arise just from being charged.
