Founding partner of Gasiorek, Morgan, Greco, McCauley and Kotzian P.C., David F. Greco represents clients in the Detroit, Michigan, metropolitan area. He handles cases of employment law, discrimination, sexual harassment, municipal law, civil rights and discrimination, and personal injury law. Named one of the Best Lawyers in America, he was formerly named one of Crain’s Detroit Business Top Lawyers and included in the Best Lawyers Consumer Guide.

In 1992, Mr. Greco graduated from Fordham University with a Bachelor of Arts. He then attended law school at New York Law School, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1995. During his time as a municipal prosecutor, he is heavily involved in ordinance enforcement and has prosecuted drunk driving, disturbing the peace, assault and battery, possession of drugs, dangerous buildings and traffic offense cases.

Mr. Greco is a member of the Michigan Association for Justice, the Downriver Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan and is on the City of Novi’s Planning Commission. He was also an inaugural member for the Michigan Chapter of the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy’s board of directors. Working with small and large municipalities, he works to benefit the community by drafting ordinances.

One of his most recent cases resulted in a $2.1 million compensation against an insurance agent for a municipal client. Mr. Greco represents both individuals and businesses in cases of disability discrimination, sales commission disputes, breach of contracts, overtime compensation, FMLA and civil rights claims. He is admitted to practice in the state of Michigan and before several federal courts.
