Jeffrey A. Buehner

Jeffrey Buehner began his career as a prosecutor, first as an Assistant Prosecutor with the Muskegon County Prosecutor’s Office, then as an Assistant Prosecutor with the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office.  During his tenure as a prosecutor, Mr. Buehner was assigned as a Special Prosecutor to both the Narcotics Unit and the Auto Theft Unit. Mr. Buehner graduated from the prestigious National College of District Attorneys Career Prosecutor Program and was honored with a Distinguished Service Award while at the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office.

After several years of working for a law firm in private practice, Mr. Buehner formed the Farmington Hills, Michigan based law firm Jeffrey Buehner, PLLC. Since 2003, the firm has represented clients throughout the state of Michigan on charges ranging from misdemeanors to felonies.  With over 28 years of courtroom experience, Mr. Buehner is recognized as a skilled and respected trial attorney known for his zealous and relentless advocacy on behalf of his clients.
