Lawrence E. Gursten

Lawrence E. Gursten's triumphant legal career as an auto accident attorney spanning more than 45 years got off to a great start when he joined his father's firm in 1965, having achieved the highest score on the Michigan Bar Exam. From there, Larry developed a passion for helping seriously injured people throughout Michigan battle powerful insurance companies, and he continues to advocate for them today. Larry is included in Best Lawyers in America, and recognized as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the American Trial Lawyers Association. Larry is also named as one of Michigan's top lawyers by DBusiness magazine. For the past 25 years, Larry has been selected as an AV-rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest lawyer rating available for legal ability and legal ethics. With a strong belief that knowledge is power, Larry has lectured and moderated extensively at seminars and legal conventions, especially on the subjects of helping clients with traumatic brain, neck and back injury cases, and strategies for litigating automobile and truck accident cases.  Larry has been called as an expert speaker to the Michigan Legislature on the Michigan no-fault law. He has appeared on television and in print discussing auto insurance and no-fault law.
