Sam Morgan focuses his practice exclusively on labor and employment law. From the Morgan & Jones, PLLC. office in Farmington Hills, Michigan, he provides advice and counsel to both employees and employers throughout the state in a variety of matters. Admitted to practice in Michigan, Mr. Morgan is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the Northern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
An accomplished trial attorney, Mr. Morgan handles a variety of workplace rights cases for his clients. Outside of the litigation realm, Mr. Morgan also assists clients with drafting and negotiating employment contracts and severance agreements, and he assists companies with workplace management decisions, such as disciplinary action and the implementation of personnel policies and employee manuals. He also has extensive experience in mediation and arbitration, and helps clients reach accords through those methods of alternative dispute resolution.

In addition to being recognized by SuperLawyers, he has an AV Preeminent* peer review rating by Martindale-Hubbell, is included in The Best Lawyers in America, and has been recognized locally in DBusiness Magazine's annual list of Top Lawyers.
