Venar R. Ayar is the founder of Ayar Law located in Farmington Hills, Michigan. He focuses his practice on matters involving tax debt relief, audit defense, unfiled tax returns, foreign banking issues, unpaid payroll taxes and criminal tax defense. 

Taking on cases before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Mr. Ayar has immense experience representing individuals, small-business owners and international businesses with major tax issues and providing sound and knowledgeable counsel to them, helping his clients save millions. He has also advocated for reduced criminal penalties for those accused of tax evasion.

Mr. Ayar has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and went on to study law at the University of San Diego School of Law. He earned his master’s in taxation law from the University of San Diego School of Law.
