Frank J. Manley focuses his practice primarily on criminal defense, although his experience also includes employment law matters, and personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Based in Flint, Michigan, his clients come from throughout Genesee County and surrounding areas. Admitted to practice in Michigan, Mr. Manley is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
In his criminal defense practice, Mr. Manley provides assistance to people who have been charged with the commission of misdemeanor or felony offenses. He has handled thousands of these types of cases during his illustrious career, and they have included driving under the influence, drug possession, sex crimes, robbery, domestic violence, assault and battery, manslaughter, vehicular homicide, and murder. Mr. Manley has been able to obtain positive results for many of his clients, whether through dismissals, acquittals or the negotiation of favorable plea agreements with the prosecution.

Majoring in history and political science, Mr. Manley attended Aquinas College and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1978. He went on to obtain his legal education at what was then known as the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and he clerked for a judge on the 7th Judicial Circuit Court before being awarded his Juris Doctor in 1982.
