Clint Westbrook

Clint Westbrook, a seasoned senior counsel at SBBL Law in Grand Rapids, Michigan, brings a wealth of diverse legal competence to his practice, adeptly handling both criminal and civil cases. His extensive practice areas include business and corporate law, civil litigation for both plaintiffs and defense, closely held business matters, business litigation and nonprofit organizations.

Originally from Wisconsin, Mr. Westbrook ventured to Michigan to pursue his education at Hillsdale College, followed by earning his law degree from Michigan State University College of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude at the top of his class. During his time in law school, he was an active leader, co-founding and leading several campus groups and contributing to the law review.

Licensed to practice in Michigan, Mr. Westbrook is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit. He began his legal career as a litigator at one of Michigan's largest law firms, where he defended clients in high-stakes civil and criminal cases. His focus on complex legal issues has seen him through the entire legal process, from initial investigations to appeals in the Federal Circuit Court.
