Holly A. Jackson

An accomplished attorney, Holly A. Jackson founded the Law Office of Holly A Jackson in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She handles business law and transactions, conservatorships, guardianships, real estate law, probate, trusts and wills. Additionally, she is skilled in family law and holds a certification in family law from the State Bar of Michigan Family Law Section. She serves clients throughout the Grand Rapids metropolitan area and the surrounding region of West Michigan, especially in Kent and Ottawa counties.

With over 17 years of legal acumen, Ms. Jackson provides personalized and dedicated legal assistance to her clients, with an understanding that each situation is different and presents its own set of complexities. In 2001, Ms. Jackson secured her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Davenport University. She was the recipient of various academic awards and belonged to the Business Professionals of America. Later, she earned her Juris Doctor with honors from Cooley Law School in 2007.

Upon law school graduation, Ms. Jackson passed the Michigan bar examination and received her license to practice law in all Michigan state courts. She is also authorized to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan. Beyond her law practice, she is an active member of the Michigan legal community.

Ms. Jackson also engages in the Probate and Estate Planning, Real Property Law, Business Law, Taxation, Elder Law and Disability Rights sections of the State Bar of Michigan. She formerly taught estate planning at her law school and has received accolades such as the Lawyers of Distinction in Estate Planning for 2021 and the Grand Rapids Business Journal's Top Estate Planner in 2019.
