As a trial attorney at FallLaw.com, with offices in Farmington Hills and Grand Rapids, Michigan, Timothy A. Holland offers compassionate legal assistance to people who have been injured due to unsafe property conditions. He primarily focuses his practice on personal injury law, with particular emphasis on slip-and-fall accidents, where he advocates for clients seeking accountability and fair compensation for their injuries.
With more than two decades of experience, Mr. Holland brings a thoughtful and client-centered approach to every case, understanding that personal injury matters often arise during stressful and uncertain times. He works closely with clients to explain their legal options, evaluate liability and develop effective strategies based on the specifics of each case. His goal is to protect his clients’ rights while pursuing outcomes that support their physical, financial and long-term well-being.
Mr. Holland graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Michigan University in 2000. Later, he went on to attend the Lewis & Clark Law School, where he honed his legal acumen and obtained his Juris Doctor in 2003. While in law school, he served as an editor for the International Legal Perspectives Law Journal, and worked as an editor and research assistant to Professor LaFrance in the areas of health care law and human rights.
Licensed to practice law in Michigan since 2003, Mr. Holland is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. He is also an active member of the State Bar of Michigan and participates in the Insurance & Indemnity Law Section, staying informed on developments that affect injury claims and insurance disputes.
