A Veteran’s Administration accredit attorney, Morgan Maul is the managing attorney of the law firm Maul Law located in Hamilton, Michigan. Mr. Maul’s academic credentials are impressive: he has a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from the University of Maryland in College Park and has made it to the dean’s list for two years. He later received his Juris Doctor degree from the St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2003. In addition to law school, he has certification in probate and estate planning from the Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
A U.S. combat veteran, Mr. Maul previously served three tours in Iraq and 20 total years on active duty in the U.S. Air Force (USAF) and is now committed to protecting people and keeping them out of harm’s way. Besides his other professional roles at USAF, he has also taught criminal justice and business law courses as an adjunct professor at Park University. Before joining Maul Law, he worked as a staff attorney for an Arizona-based law firm’s Document Control Group. As someone who constantly puts his clients first, he ensures that they are assisted throughout every step of the legal process by guiding them with the information and advocacy they deserve.
Mr. Maul is an upstanding figure within the legal community and has memberships with many notable associations such as the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association (Business Law Section), Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America, Michigan Air National Guard, West Michigan Estate Planning Council and Hamilton Community Schools Board of Education.
He is also a frequent speaker with the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the National Business Institute. Passionate about giving back to the community, he does pro bono work with the Lions Club of Hamilton, an organization that strives to assist the visually impaired, and spends his time as a mediator with Holland Mediation Services in Michigan.
