Noted for his humility, thoughtfulness and unwavering passion, Mr. Waldman believes in understanding his clients’ unique stories and conveying to a judge or jury how an incident or injury has affected a person’s life. His aptitude not only demonstrates his legal acumen but also his unwavering commitment to justice, education and community advocacy.

A 1988 graduate of Michigan State University, Mr. Waldman obtained his Juris Doctor in the Wayne State University Law School in 1992. He teaches a course on Michigan’s auto no-fault law as an adjunct professor of law at Michigan State University College of Law. Additionally, he has delivered guest lectures on litigation subjects at Wayne State University Law School and University of Michigan Law School. Having co-counseled many notable civil rights matters as a Cooperating Attorney for the American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan, he discusses unusual laws triggering debate in the Lansing area and beyond on WLNS 6’s “Legal Edge” with Chivon Kloepfer.

Mr. Waldman is a staunch supporter of the American Federation of Teachers and its mission. He also sits on the executive committee of the Michigan Association for Justice after serving as the president from 2003 to 2004. He belongs to several professional organizations, some of which include the American College of Trial Lawyers, the State Bar of Michigan, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the American Association for Justice, and the Michigan Association of Justice where he is a past president.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Waldman’s dedication and competence have earned widespread recognition.
