Bryan Waldman is the president of the Sinas Dramis Law Firm. With over three decades of experience, he has litigated in over 40 jurisdictions and has handled a wide range of personal injury cases, including semi-truck collisions; toxic torts; automobile, bicycle, motorcycle and pedestrian collisions; railroad FELA and negligence; public utility negligence; wrongful death; and brain injuries.
Noted for his humility, thoughtfulness and unwavering passion, Bryan believes in understanding his clients’ unique stories and conveying to a judge or jury how an incident or injury has affected a person’s life. His aptitude not only demonstrates his legal acumen but also his unwavering commitment to justice, education and community advocacy.
Bryan teaches a course on Michigan’s auto no-fault law as an adjunct professor at Michigan State University College of Law. Additionally, he has delivered guest lectures on litigation subjects at Wayne State University Law School and University of Michigan Law School. Bryan has also co-counseled notable civil rights matters as a Cooperating Attorney for the American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan. Additionally, he regularly appears on Lansing's CBS affiliate, WLNS to explain legal issues in a weekly segment called "The Legal Edge” with anchor Chivon Kloepfer.
Bryan was nominated to the Michigan Civil Service Commission in 2007 by Governor Jennifer Granholm and chaired that body until July 2008. He also sits on the executive committee of the Michigan Association for Justice after serving as the president from 2003 to 2004. He belongs to several professional organizations, some of which include the American College of Trial Lawyers, the State Bar of Michigan, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the American Association for Justice, and the Michigan Association of Justice.
Over the course of his career, Bryan’s dedication and competence have earned widespread recognition. Since 2007, he has consistently been named Lawyer of the Year for Plaintiff’s Personal Injury (Lansing, Michigan) and has been included in The Best Lawyers in America list in the field of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation. His knowledge and skills in personal injury and product liability law have been repeatedly acknowledged by Leading Lawyers since 2016.
Since 2006, Mr. Waldman has maintained an AV Preeminent* rating with Martindale-Hubbell. His love for cycling extends beyond his legal pursuits, and he has been vocal about cyclists’ rights in Michigan. He previously served as a board member of the League of Michigan Bicyclists, he invests a substantial proportion of his professional endeavors to advocate for cyclists and enlighten non-cycling public members regarding bicycle safety and rights.

- $8,000,000 – Semi-truck-automobile collision resulting in a 76-year-old retired steelworker sustaining a severe traumatic brain injury, and his wife sustaining numerous orthopedic and soft-tissue injuries., 2015
- $4,000,000 - bicyclist who struck an object protruding over a public multi-use pathway, causing him to fall and sustain a traumatic brain injury., 2024
- $3,800,000 – Settlement for woman hit by a company truck who failed to yield the right-of-way at an intersection. Our client sustained multiple lower extremity injuries, internal injuries, head trauma, and traumatically induced stroke.
- $2,600,000 – Settlement for Motorcyclist who sustained catastrophic injuries after high beam lights of an oncoming vehicle caused a crash.
