Drawn to personal injury by her passion for ensuring access to health care for individuals, Catherine E. Tucker has been serving the people of Michigan as an attorney for over a decade. Working with Sinas Dramis Law Firm as a partner, she bases her practice in Lansing, Michigan. Apart from pursuing auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip-and-fall accidents and wrongful death claims, she also represents medical providers in their no-fault claims and other lawsuits and administrative appeals.
Viewing her practice holistically, Ms. Tucker not only tries to resolve the issues of her individual clients but also puts in efforts to bring about changes that can transform the justice system for the better. A strong litigator, she has recovered compensations worth millions of dollars for her clients who have endured injuries.
After graduating with high honors from Michigan State University, Ms. Tucker completed her bachelor’s degree in economics. She went on to pursue her J.D. from her alma mater’s College of Law and graduated magna cum laude. She was the recipient of several recognitions such as the Academic Excellence Scholarship, Jurisprudence Achievement Award, Jurisprudence Achievement Award and Jurisprudence Achievement Award, among others.
Handling a lot of serious injury cases ranging from brain and spinal cord to other traumatic injuries, Ms. Tucker also has experience handling grieving clients who have lost their loved one due to no fault of their own. These experiences have taught her to be receptive to emotions and have developed in her the empathy and skill to cater to the requirements of those who are in a vulnerable state. Her compassionate and approachable demeanor makes for a good listener, which is an essential requirement for a professional attorney.
Ms. Tucker has affiliations with professional associations, including the Ingham County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section (Board member), the Ingham County Bar Foundation (Ex officio member), the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan (Board member) and The Coalition Protecting Auto No-Fault.
