Logan P. Byrne is the founder of Byrne Law, PLLC, located in Lansing, Michigan, where he represents individuals in a wide range of legal matters with a focus on criminal defense and family law. His practice includes divorce and custody disputes, as well as child protective services defense involving allegations of abuse and neglect.
Mr. Byrne provides direct criminal representation across numerous areas, including domestic violence and assault, drug offenses, criminal fraud, property and theft crimes, operating while intoxicated offenses, traffic violations, crimes against public order and probation violations. He also handles criminal appeals and complex cases involving criminal sexual conduct.

Mr. Byrne earned his Bachelor of Science in 2017 from Eastern Michigan University, where he received the Outstanding Academic Achievement in Criminology Award in both 2016 and 2017. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law in 2020.
During law school, Mr. Byrne served as president of the Intellectual Property Law Society and gained valuable experience working with several immigration organizations, including the Immigrant Legal Resource Center in San Francisco.
Admitted to practice in Michigan in 2020 and California in 2021, Mr. Byrne is an active member of the legal community. He is involved with the Ingham County Bar Association, where he serves on the Awards and Nominations Committee as a board member, and previously held the role of secretary for the Young Lawyers Section.
