David J. Kramer

David J. Kramer, the owner of his eponymous law firm in Novi, Michigan, has been providing individualized and compassionate legal representation to the residents of Oakland, Wayne, Macomb, Washtenaw, Livingston and the surrounding counties in Michigan since 1992. A seasoned federal and state litigator, Mr. Kramer has tried hundreds of criminal cases to finality in 15 American states and in the commonwealth of Puerto Rico. He has also handled 500-plus divorce cases and has been extremely successful in obtaining favorable results. 

Mr. Kramer is admitted to practice in Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th and 6th Circuits. He is actively associated with several prestigious legal associations such as the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the American Bar Association.

Majoring in political science, Mr. Kramer completed his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan in 1998. He obtained his legal education with a concentration on criminal law from the Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan, in 1991.
