  • How do I protect my confidential information and client contacts? It’s a question I’m asked all the time by corporate executives and business owners. It’s a question almost everyone in business has at least given some serious thought. Consequently, given the import of CMPS and VeriCore, this article outlines the legal rationale for certain recent cases and suggests the approach that must be taken before filing a claim in federal court based on diversity jurisdiction on behalf of a limited liability company., Co-Author, Diversity Jurisdiction and Limited Liability Companies, The Michigan Business Law Journal, 2012
