E. Powell Miller

At The Miller Law Firm P.C., Mr. Miller has never lost a trial, celebrating 11 consecutive victories that awarded clients millions of dollars. He achieves multimillion-dollar settlements on a regular basis, often resulting in the top three for Michigan every year.

While attending Georgetown University, Mr. Miller gained recognition as a talented debater, having won first place at Harvard University’s annual national debate tournament and representing his school against the Oxford Union Society of Great Britain. Mr. Miller graduated magna cum laude from Wayne State University Law School in 1986. While in law school, he served as editor of the Wayne Law Review and was elected to the prestigious Order of the Coif. He has been admitted to practice law in Michigan since 1986.

He frequently speaks on financial class actions and securities at continuing legal education seminars, and has offered pro bono services for the Oakland County chapter of the American Inns of Court.
