Starting her career in Virginia, Ms. Eardley moved to Michigan, where she established a very successful practice. Ms. Eardley is a graduate of the Georgetown University Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Foreign Service in 1987. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Georgetown Law in 1991. She was licensed to practice in the District of Columbia in 1991, and in 1993, was licensed to practice in Michigan. She is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th and 6th Circuits, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
Outside her law practice, Ms. Eardley maintains active memberships in professional legal organizations such as the Michigan Association for Justice, the MAJ Amicus Committee and the National Employment Lawyers Association. Additionally, she is a member of the American Association for Justice, the State Bar of Michigan, the Virginia State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.
