Channelle Kizy-White

Channelle Kizy-White is the managing partner and owner of Kizy Law in Southfield, Michigan, where she represents individuals and families in a range of family law matters. Her practice focuses on helping clients navigate significant personal and legal challenges with thoughtful guidance, practical counsel and a results-oriented approach. She handles matters involving divorce, child custody, child support, parenting time, paternity, spousal support and post-judgment enforcement. She also advises clients on prenuptial agreements and represents individuals seeking personal protection orders.

As a family law attorney, Ms. Kizy-White understands the emotional and financial complexities that often accompany disputes involving families and relationships. Actively involved in the legal and professional communities, Ms. Kizy-White is a former president of the Women's Bar Association. She is also a member of the Michigan Inter-Professional Association, the Chaldean American Bar Association, the Chaldean American Chamber of Commerce and the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan.

Additionally, Ms. Kizy-White is a fellow of the Oakland County Bar Foundation and participates in the Family Law and Criminal Law sections of the State Bar of Michigan. In recognition of her professional standing, she has earned the AV Preeminent* peer-review rating through Martindale-Hubbell.

Ms. Kizy-White earned her Bachelor of Science in economics with honors from the University of Michigan in 2003. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2006. Admitted to practice in Michigan in 2006, she is also admitted before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
