Evan N. Pappas

Evan N. Pappas is a partner at Giroux Pappas Trial Attorneys in Southfield, Michigan. He offers personal injury representation to those recovering from injuries sustained from automobile and truck accidents, unsafe premises, general negligence, medical malpractice, sexual assaults, civil rights violations and use of excessive force throughout Oakland and Wayne counties and the Detroit metropolitan area.

Known for his measured and calculated approach to his cases, Mr. Pappas deeply connects with every one of his clients and guides them through each phase of the legal process with tenacity and clarity. He considers all cases, including those heading to trial, equally important and handles them with a high level of professionalism and sensitivity. He recently won a multimillion-dollar settlement in a sex abuse case against a local Michigan company. 

After graduating with his bachelor’s in political science in 2008 from the University of Michigan, he earned his doctorate in law in 2011 from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. A plaintiff’s attorney all through his career, he gained invaluable experience working for a couple of established law firms in Michigan, helping individuals and companies obtain redress in court. 

A registered and active member of the State Bar of Michigan, Mr. Pappas is allowed to argue before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan and many other courts in Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky. He remains active in organizations such as the Hellenic Bar Association of Michigan to stay connected with other attorneys.
