Jennifer G. Damico

Jennifer Damico is a seasoned trial lawyer with 28 years of experience handling complex civil rights and personal injury cases. She recently won a $6.4 million jury verdict in a civil rights lawsuit against jail medical providers and has obtained numerous million-dollar settlements for clients injured by police misconduct, sexual assault, automobile negligence, and trucking negligence, as well as other personal injury accidents.

Ms. Damico earned her Bachelor of Science degree in political science in 1991 from Michigan State University where she gave the commencement address upon graduation. She earned her Juris Doctor degree in 1994 from the University of Detroit – Mercy School of Law and was a member of the Law Review. 

Jennifer was selected to Michigan Super Lawyers from 2022-2023 and was recognized as one of Michigan’s “Top Lawyers” by DBusiness Magazine from 2022-2023. She was also included in HOUR Magazine’s “Top Women Attorneys in Michigan” list in 2023.

She is an executive board member of the Michigan Association for Justice, and a member of the Federal Bar Association, the Oakland County Bar Association, and Women Lawyers Association of Michigan. She is a frequent guest speaker at bar association events. 

In her free time, Ms. Damico enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
