Ronald L. Cornell, Jr.

Ron is a Shareholder in the firm's litigation department. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University in 1989. Ron previously practiced in Charlotte, North Carolina and is also a member of the North Carolina Bar. He has litigated a wide variety of commercial, construction, real estate, shareholder, employment, automotive supplier, healthcare and banking cases in state and federal courts and in private arbitrations and proceedings before the American Arbitration Association. Since the mid-1990s, Ron has been active in the development of youth rugby in Michigan, coaching high school rugby for 26 years and serving as President and Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Michigan Youth Rugby Association.
