In 1984, Mr. Bowling graduated with an undergraduate degree from DePauw University before pursuing his dream of becoming an attorney. He then graduated cum laude from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law with his Juris Doctor in 1987. Admitted to practice in the state of Michigan, he is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
During his career, Mr. Bowling obtained $1.5 million in a jury verdict for a delayed birth that led to injury, a $750,000 jury verdict for nursing negligence and a $300,000 jury verdict of negligence that resulted from a woman’ s death after surgery. His focus is on obtaining compensation for those who have been injured at the hands of another. He also has obtained several seven-figure settlements and recently secured an eight-figure settlement in a case involving a brain-injured minor.
Throughout Michigan, Mr. Bowling serves those in the following counties: Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, Genesee, Jackson, Lenawee, and Saginaw.
