Brian A. McKenna

A partner at Sinas Dramis Law Firm in St. Clair Shores, Michigan, Brian A. McKenna has become a respected leader and advocate for the firm, his clients and the Michigan legal community. He channels his professional efforts toward championing the rights of individuals who have suffered injuries and claimants unjustly denied insurance benefits rightfully owed to them. Focusing on auto no-fault claims, auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, boating and personal watercraft cases, he brings to the forefront over three decades of extensive competence.

Mr. McKenna earned his undergraduate degree with high honors (1989) from Ferris State University before obtaining his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 1993. He is licensed to practice law in both Michigan (1993) and Illinois (1994). Additionally, he is authorized to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.

Beyond his legal pursuits, Mr. McKenna has maintained active membership with the Michigan Association for Justice since 1992, assuming the role of an executive board member in 1997. Furthermore, his dedication to legal excellence is underscored by his long-standing affiliation with the State Bar of Michigan Negligence Law Section since 1993, where he served as a council member. Notably, he also contributed his knowledge as the coach of the Wayne State University Law School National Mock Trial Team in his most recent engagement.
