For the last 13 years worked primarily as regulatory and litigation counsel for a wide variety of business entities including several Fortune 500 companies. Currently serve as General Counsel for two statewide trade organizations and statewide environmental counsel for one of the largest insurance companies in the United States. Supervise 5 attorneys and their staff who share the environmental practice group of the firm. Publications include several State Bar Journal articles, Co-Author of Michigan's primary environmental law treatise (the Michigan Environmental Law Deskbook) and serve as faculty and commentator for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
