Patrick Ellis

Patrick is a business attorney with Kuhn Rogers PLC in Traverse City, Michigan. He practices general corporate and business law and represents a diverse range of clients on entity selection and formation, mergers, acquisitions, investment transactions, real estate transactions, corporate governance, and contract counseling. His experience spans numerous industries, including automotive, energy, financial services, real estate, software, and technology.

Before Kuhn Rogers, Pat worked at General Motors, reporting directly to the Office of the General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Public Policy and advising teams launching new, technology-enabled businesses and consumer-facing product offerings across the US and international markets. Before GM, he worked at Detroit's largest law firm. Pat's law firm and in-house experience make him exceptionally qualified to serve clients with starting, growing, and protecting their businesses.  

Pat offers multiple billing arrangements tailored to his client's commercial needs, including fixed-fee projects and hourly billing. In limited cases, he may be able to offer deferred payments and equity-based arrangements.
