After starting out at a top-tier insurance defense firm in the Metro Detroit Area, Phoebe started her own practice in the Thumb Region and surrounding counties. Phoebe J. Phoebe has also been a dedicated and active member of her community, serving on the Caro Community School Board, the Caro Rotary Club (25 years, and Rotarian of the Year, ‘24), the Caro Downtown Development Authority, the Women’s Lawyers Association of Michigan, and all local, state, and federal bar associations.
