Hasan Kaakarli

Hasan Kaakarli serves clients as an attorney at Akeel & Valentine, PLC. His clients come from all across Michigan but primarily hail from the Detroit metro area, Oakland County and Wayne County. He is committed to making a difference in the lives of the people he serves. To this end, he handles cases in the practice areas of employment law, civil rights, constitutional rights, personal injury, and qui tam and whistleblower law.

As an undergraduate at Oakland University, Mr. Kaakarli majored in communications and pre-law and minored in biology. Then, in 2016, he completed his law degree at Wayne State University Law School. That same year, he was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan. Since then, he has also been admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.

Attorney Kaakarli considers himself a strong advocate of the American Constitution. Whenever employers or other entities infringe on the rights that the Constitution provides, he fights hard for his clients. His dedication to service and justice has helped him secure impressive wins for his clients. Fluent in Arabic and English, he also relishes the amazing opportunity to serve a diverse clientele.

When he's not working, attorney Kaakarli seeks out new ways to stay involved in his community. As a college student, he was part of the Delta Theta Phi fraternity. From 2015 to 2016, he also served, pro bono, at the Free Legal Aid Clinic.
