Michael J. Sulaka is a top-tier Mergers and Acquisitions ("M&A") and corporate attorney and a partner at Diamond Strategy Partners PLC in Troy, Michigan. Admitted to practice in Michigan since 2017, Mr. Sulaka earned his law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and his LL.M. in Taxation from the Boston University School of Law. Mr. Sulaka earned his MBA in strategy and management from the University of Detroit Mercy and his BBA in finance and strategy from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

Quadrilingual in English, Arabic, Spanish, and Chaldean, Mr. Sulaka represents business clients from diverse backgrounds across the country. During law school, he was elected President of the Arab and Chaldean Law Student Association ("ACLSA") for two consecutive terms and served on the UDM Law Mission and Identity Committee, spearheading the school's first-ever Diversity Leadership Conference. 

Apart from his legal practice, Mr. Sulaka serves his community by volunteering his time and efforts: the State Bar of Michigan has recognized him as a member of the Pro Bono Honor Roll three years in a row (2019-2021), for his pro bono services to the indigent citizens of Michigan.
