Paul Matouka

Attorney Paul Matouka is a diligent advocate for civil rights, particularly the rights of incarcerated individuals. He has secured multiple settlements for inmates, police-brutality victims, and individuals facing constitutional violations, and has been featured in the Detroit Free Press for his work. Paul is an active member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Consumer Law Section, where he served as president this past year.

He has mentored emerging attorneys at Wayne State University and is committed to improving his community outside of work, with a strong focus on climate activism. Paul is passionate about upholding the Constitution, as reflected in several widely circulated videos, as well as advancing consumer protection and civil rights.
