Jason D. Pederson

Dedicated to advocating for justice, Jason D. Pederson is an accomplished trial lawyer concentrating in a broad spectrum of legal areas, including high stakes, serious injury, wrongful death, product liability, employment discrimination, medical negligence and agricultural accident litigation. Working with the Bemidji-based Fuller Wallner, Attorneys at Law, in Minnesota, he also dedicates a significant portion of his practice to handling criminal defense and resolving real estate and business disputes.

Presently serving his second term as a board member of the Civil Litigation Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Mr. Pederson's areas of practice encompass a wide range of legal issues. His legal expertise spans serious injury and wrongful death cases, medical negligence disputes, insurance and contract disputes, as well as matters related to real estate and business litigation. His comprehensive approach extends to criminal defense, offering seasoned representation in various legal proceedings.

Mr. Pederson embarked on his legal journey after graduating from Hamline University School of Law in 2000. His educational foundation includes a bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota–Carlson School of Management in 1997.

With a career spanning over two decades, Mr. Pederson has evolved within his firm, progressing from an associate to a partner. Alongside his legal commitments, he actively contributes to the legal community through various professional associations, including memberships in the Minnesota Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, the Cass County Bar Association, the Beltrami County Bar Association and the Academy of Catastrophic Injury Attorneys.

Furthermore, his dedication to community development and service is evidenced by his involvement as a board member in several community-oriented organizations, such as the Cass County Economic Development Corporation and the Walker Area Community Center. Mr. Pederson's commitment to upholding ethical standards is underscored by his previous role as an ethical investigator with the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility from 2002 to 2015. His admissions to the Minnesota State Bar Association, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and the Red Lake Tribal Court highlight his extensive legal standing and practice.
